How do you do it? Your Diner is awesome!?
Friendly staff and always good food.
Amazing food, even better service
The best service and atmosphere for breakfast!
It's good food, you watch them make it, and the simplicity about it is very attractive. I will be going back :)
MoreA true Diner. Simple, small; perfect. Hits the spot for breakfast or lunch. Good people. Quiet setting and good conversations with complete strangers makes it a restful and fun place. I leave happy every time.
MoreSuch a cool little place. Very popular spot. Yummy food and great conversation
Delicious and quick homestyle diner breakfast food! Great for a road trip stop or a quick breakfast or lunch. Great diner aesthetic.
MoreTruly a legend that keeps Fort Wayne a small Town.. Great Food and friendly service.
MoreStopped in for a quick breakfast plate after the fall festival 10k run. Good food and awesome people on both sides of the counter.
MoreGood food but the wait is too long. They have overgrown their current place and should consider moving or expanding.
MoreGreat prices. Definitely a Fort Wayne staple. Love it.
Cute little diner, old school. Great menu--the Garbage is amazing. Space is limited so it's better for groups if no more than 2-3.
MoreThe staff is absolutely amazing! They make you feel right at home each time you are there to visit! The food is incredible and never disappoints!! We always have enough for left overs!! Great local place!
MoreGood grub at Cindy's Diner up off Berry Street downtown. Prime location, parking can get complicated, but it's a hot little spot downtown. Food is pretty good. I like the garbage plate. Good donuts, coffee, orange juice, eggs n bacon, toast, you name it they got it. Good oatmeal, moosh, pancakes.
MoreIf you can get a seat this place is awesome. It's like hole in the wall meets retro diner.Go for breakfast if you want some classic American breakfast. I've gone for lunch and breakfast and both are great. The pie was really good and it was fun to look at all their mugs. Parking is probably on a meter, I walk there most days. Pretty cheap, normally 10 or less after tip.
MoreAwesome little diner right in the middle of downtown Fort Wayne. Will visit again when in town.
MoreBest prices and most food for the buck. Friendly staff
Great for a quick bite or carry out.
Finally decided to try the famous garbage skillet. I ordered half a skillet with cinnamon bread French toast. It was good but all you can really taste is potatoes and cheese. The french toast with cinnamon bread was also good.
MoreIf you want to feel the pulse of the city, stop in here.Service is on point.food is extremely good.If you weren't friends when you came, you were when you left....
MoreSuper awesome and fun staff. Mug selection keeps it interesting too!
This diner is bomb AF. Whole staff is awesome. Kid friendly and they treat us like family. We come here every week.
MoreLoved the garbage breakfast. Like the old feel and I know its historical. Wish it was a little bigger.
MoreStaff was Great... But my lunch was not.I was recommended the Patty melt by a regular that sound's like he's there daily. His comment was just hope your not kissing anyone later...For those that don't know this is Small place. Maybe a 16 top rounded bar eating area. Took 20 min to get my food. The burger patty was less than a 1/4" thick and way smaller than the sandwich bread it was served on. Obviously prepare & cooked to death. It was either a 90/10 mix or just well well. Larry as you'll see from my pic's they must of been almost out of onion's as I got a few slices. BUT LOOK HOW MUCH DRY EMPTY BREAD I HAD ON BOTH 1/2'S... FOR $5.20 My onion ring's were ok for frozen. For the $8.50 which was $11 with my tip no thanks not again
MoreWarm, cozy place with tasty food!
What could be better? Great breakfasts, fun lunches. Love the little touches like mismatched mugs, the swear jar, and the complaint department.
MoreCindy's diner pays homage to the old time diners. This mobile trailer had a counter with 10 seats around the counter that is opened from 6 am to 2 pm. Breakfast is what it's known for. I got the "garbage" that has ham, onions, eggs and cheese mixed in. It's a intimate setting and had a feeling of the 40s in the middle of town.
MoreDelicious food and a hometown feel. Definitely a must-try!!
My fiancée and I moved in to West Berry Apartments in November so naturally the first place we visited was Cindy’s Diner. It’s a great little diner, a chilly Monday morning so there was us and one other couple. The food was fantastic. When we went there was only one lady working and she was telling the other couple (who were regulars) that she was annoyed and tired because her help had called off, and who wouldn’t be! But even though she was having a rough morning she was still fantastic and very nice! Hopefully we can visit again soon and try the famous biscuits and gravy!
MoreThis is a great place within a short walk of the convention center and library. It is a true diner. There is only seating at the counter, so if you were looking for a table, keep looking. Food was great and cooked to order. I had an omelet, and my wife had "garbage" (read the menu) which was ample for her. They make donuts onsite, but you have to get there early if you want any of those. Many locals eat there and that is a great testimony to food and service.
MoreAdorable atomic diner in the heart of downtown Ft Wayne with tremendous service!
Amazing prices, great service, and the best eggs I've ever had! I'd give 6 stars if I could!
MoreSuch an adorable little diner! We both got the garbage breakfast and it was a delicious huge portion at a reasonable price. The vanilla cake donut was so good!
MoreGreat service and food. It was my first time there and I have lived in Fort Wayne 19 years now. Since I left yesterday I have recommended it to a few friends.
MoreGreat atmosphere, great food and gives you that old school dinner experience.
Serving "garbage" since 1952! Fort Wayne's first fast food. Great service, conversation, food and nostalgia. 17 customers at a time, so be quick.
MoreExactly what you expect from a diner: tasty food, cozy atmosphere, and staff that feel like family.
MoreGood ambieance 50s style diner great food. Only drawback is if you want privacy or no snarky comments from the help
MoreAlways love Cindy's, it's a Fort Wayne classic for sure! Have been enjoying food here for 25+ years, and have yet to be disappointed. The "Garbage" breakfast is the best scramble in town!
MoreFascinating Real Deal Diner! Fun place to sit and enjoy watching the short-order cook work. Surprised at the many options on the menu. I had the breaded pork tenderloin and onion rings which were good.
MoreGood people, good atmosphere, great food. Visited from Minnesota and there was a lot of regulars there and all the employees seemed to know them by name, very cool and highly recommended. And they have an awesome variety of coffee cups!
MoreQuaint little diner, good food and prices. Great service.
Great food nice staff
Very quaint place to have breakfast and lunch. Awesome little diner atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and on top of things. Love their breakfast and burgers for lunch. I consider the pricing as mid range. Fun little place to go.
MoreAbsolutely loved the peculiarity of the place. The staff is amicable and the food is divine! I ate their "garbage" with the fluffiest pancakes you will EVER eat... and I am hooked. I went for two consecutive days and repeated the same menu. Next time I go to Fort Wayne, I will go back for sure.
MoreClassic tiny diner has surprisingly decent variety, with above average quality.
Cindy’s Diner is one of my all time favorite breakfast places downtown. My favorite dish is call “Garbage”. I usually get both ham n sausage but NO onions in mine. The owner is an amazing lady that has worked her way up from Dishwasher, waitress to head chef. LOL. Many don’t know it but the donuts are made in the same machine that was used by JC Murphys that was downtown until late 70’s. Highly recommend Cindys Diner.
MoreQuite the smell place, but I love it. Not only if the food great the owner is extremely kind as are the employees. If you can find a seat you should definitely eat here! I think they do to go as well.
MoreGreat food very nice staff.. Great place to eat
Quaint little 50's roadside diner. Good food Friendly dinettes. Awesome ambiance.
